Responsible for answering inbound calls from business owners with new/renewals for their business cards. They are calling to confirm they received their card & they are getting a real person (YOU). You will make sure their card is setting them up for success; looking into additional cards/benefits/pay overtime options to upsell as a solution & meeting their needs.
