Assume full ownership over the recruiting process for staff roles by providing talent consultation services, as well as maximizing the enterprise recruiting and sourcing tool set, in order to identify qualified candidates for both short-term and long-range staffing needs.

Recruiting Accountabilities

• Develop a thorough acumen of the business units, roles, and tools applicable to recruiting assignment/s
• Manage multiple talent acquisition requests, across business units, job families, and hiring managers as assigned
• Tailor recruitment plan designs to industry specifics for both internal and external clients
• Serve as an ambassador for the Company's career brand within preferred channels of communication
• Ensure appropriate levels of service delivery are achieved by working cross-functionally with all Centers of Excellence and HR Business Partners
• Execute the Company's mission, and ensure work being done aligns operating plans as applicable
• Know and support the policies and goals of the Company's Affirmative Action Plan
• Perform additional and related duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicant for this job will be expected to meet the following minimum qualifications.

Education

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, human resources management, or a related field is required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for education requirements.

Experience

• Minimum two years recruiting experience required, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
• Experience with Affirmative Action Plans preferred
